1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.exterio.shop (the "Site") or engaging the services of EXTERIOR LAND DEVELOPMENT LLC ("EXTERIOR LAND," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide professional computer systems design and related services as defined in separate service agreements. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are detailed in each agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant reasonable access, comply with laws, and not use services for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

Deliverables developed for a client become their property upon full payment. Each party retains rights to pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are as set in the service agreement. Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.

6. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
